Alfonso Clemente

His professional career advising both individuals and companies has led him to develop his expertise in many areas, specialising in banking, litigation and contentious-administrative law, administrative liability, tax and civil law.

In reference to banking law, Alfonso advises clients on claims as well as oppositions to mortgage foreclosures due to abusive clauses, convertible bonds, subordinated debentures or floor clauses, among others.

He is also an expert in administrative liability, as he defends the interests of insurers of local entities in contentious administrative proceedings, as well as individuals and companies against public administrations.

With regard to tax law, he advises on opposing and defending in value verification proceedings and on taxation in the succession of inter vivos and mortis causa estates.

He joined Ventura Garcés in May 2023, after developing his professional career at De Cambra Abogados and subsequently in his own office.
