BIOGRAPHY

Mª Paz Molina is the lawyer in charge of the Commercial and Corporate Law Department of the Madrid office.

Her long professional career has led her to develop in many areas, specializing in real estate law in its early stages through legal advice to leading real estate developers for whom she carried out all kind of legal advice; from the initial contracting with third parties (deposit, purchase options, swaps, sales, etc.) to intermediation and contracting with all types of agents involved (construction contracts, developer loans, horizontal and lying division, acts of completion of work, etc.).

In the area of Industrial and Intellectual Property, Mª Paz has provided legal advice to important companies that own trademarks of recognized prestige and notoriety in contractual matters such as contracts for the assignment of trademark rights, exclusive licenses, distribution and agency, among others.

Currently, her experience and professional development is mainly focused on Commercial Law, providing legal advice to important Spanish companies and their parent companies, she advises on everything related to their corporate life (incorporation, amendments to the articles of association, corporate books, etc.), as well as their contractual relationship with third parties. She has also been involved, among other operations, in equity loan transactions, company liquidations and refinancing agreements with mortgages.
