BIOGRAPHY

Pablo Sprazzato is head of the new Tax Law Department of the Madrid office as of 2019.

His experience begins in Mendoza – Argentina, where he developed his career as a generalist lawyer, advisor to the Provincial Institute of Housing – Inter-American Development Bank and ad-honorem university professor in the Administrative Law Department at the University of Mendoza. Then he decided to move to Spain where he homologated his law degree.

His experience in Spain from 2014 onwards, has been mainly in tax advice and foreign investments with interests in Spain, working for the law firms Scudamore Law, EstudioTributario10 and De Cambra Abogados.

In relation to taxation, his speciality covers mainly individuals, large estates and SMEs, both resident and non-resident in Spain for tax purposes. In this sense, Pablo has wide experience in the integral tax regularization of important assets located abroad. He has advised important soccer and entertainment celebrities in patrimonial matters and in inspection procedures related to the taxation of image rights.

In addition, Pablo provides legal advice to private individuals on the declaration of economic transactions before the Bank of Spain. He also advises on the reporting of Spanish investments and disinvestments abroad before the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
