Ventura Garcés, a law firm specialized in advising national and international companies, announces the incorporation of Teresa Olivié as Director of the areas of Regulatory Compliance, Administrative Law and Energy Law.

Teresa has an extensive experience in these areas, greatly enriched by her time in the Naturgy Group where she held various positions in the legal area for more than 10 years. In 2007, she began her professional career in the Group as Head of Regulatory Legal Services and from 2018 as Compliance Officer, leading this department until 2021.

She has extensive experience in Administrative and Administrative Litigation Law, Regulated Sectors and Regulatory Compliance. She also has experience in the management of major international arbitrations.

Teresa holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a Master’s Degree in Community Law from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the Advanced Course in Competition Law (IEB).
