Personal data provided by users through this Web are processed by VG, manually or automatically, for the following purposes:

- Manage the candidate’s participation in the Firm’s selection processes.

VG processes the following personal data categories:
- Identification data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone and company.
- Academic and professional data: image of the candidate, training/degree, professional experience, membership of professional associations, hobbies and interests (in the case of selection processes)
- Traffic data: IP address.
- For how long we store personal data?
VG will store your personal data as long as the purpose for which they have been collected remains, provided that you do not revoke the consent previously given. Likewise, VG reserves the right to store personal data duly blocked during the term permitted by law.
- What is the legal basis to process your data?
VG is entitled to process your personal data for the purposes indicated in section 2 above under the consent you have been given to us or the legitimate interest.
- With whom we share your personal data?
Personal data will be only processed by VG and will not be shared with third parties unless its intervention is needed for the proper development of the purposes previously indicated. Personal data will be also shared with public bodies and administrative and judicial authorities, where applicable by law.

You may exercise free of charge the rights of access, to rectification, to erasure, to object, to restriction of processing and to data portability.
